2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3037 as follows:
3 on page 15, by replacing line 24 with the following:
4 "the same line make. A dealer that would be farther away
5 from the new location of an existing dealership or franchise
6 of the same line make after a relocation may not file a
7 written protest against the relocation with the Motor Vehicle
8 Review Board.".
