1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2777
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2777 on page 11 by
3 replacing lines 30 through 34 with the following:
4 "(c) The Director may require that additional summary
5 financial information be filed no more often than 3 times per
6 year on reporting forms provided by him. However, he may
7 request certain key information on a more frequent basis if
8 necessary for a determination of the financial viability of
9 the organization."; and
10 on page 12 by deleting line 1; and
11 on page 14 by replacing lines 22 through 27 with the
12 following:
13 "(c) The Director may require that additional summary

15 year on reporting forms provided by him. However, he may
16 request certain key information on a more frequent basis if
17 necessary for a determination of the financial viability of
18 the organization.".
