1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $4,079,400, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of
6 business on June 30, 1999, from reappropriations heretofore
7 made in Article 80, Section 1 of Public Act 90-0585, is
8 reappropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois
9 Farm Development Authority for transfer to the Illinois
10 Agricultural Loan Guarantee Fund.
11 Section 2. The sum of $500,000, or so much thereof as
12 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
13 Fund to the Illinois Farm Development Authority for the
14 purpose of interest buy-back as authorized under the Illinois
15 Farm Development Act.
16 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
17 July 1, 1999.
