1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Credit Union Act by changing
2 Section 6.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Credit Union Act is amended by
6 changing Section 6 as follows:
7 (205 ILCS 305/6) (from Ch. 17, par. 4407)
8 Sec. 6. Fiscal year. The fiscal year of a each credit
9 union organized under this Act shall end on December 31 of
10 each year.
