1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2430
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2430, by deleting
3 everything after the enacting clause and replacing in lieu
4 thereof the following:
5 "Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated
7 for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, to meet the
8 ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Health Care
9 Cost Containment Council:
10 Payable from the General Revenue Fund:

12 For Employee Retirement Contributions
13 Paid by Employer ............................ 0
14 For State Contributions to the State
15 Employees' Retirement System ................ 0
16 For State Contributions to Social

20 For Commodities .............................. 0
21 For Printing ................................. 0
22 For Equipment ................................ 0
23 For Electronic Data Processing ............... 0

2 For Hospital Reimbursements .................. 0

4 Section 1a. The amount of $0, or so much thereof as may
5 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund
6 to the Illinois Health Care Cost Containment Council for the
7 collection of data on out-patient health care costs in
8 Illinois.
9 Section 2. The amount of $0, or so much of that amount
10 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Health
11 Care Cost Containment Council Special Studies Fund to the
12 Illinois Health Care Cost Containment Council for Special
13 Studies pursuant to the Illinois Health Finance Reform Act.
14 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
15 July 1, 1999.".
