1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2330
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2330, on page 1 by
3 replacing line 11 with the following:
4 "by a board of health consisting of 8 members appointed
5 by"; and
6 on page 1 by replacing lines 18 through 21 with the
7 following:
8 "successor is appointed. Each board of health which has
9 8 members, may have one additional member appointed by the
10 president or chairman of the county board, with the approval
11 of the county board. The additional member shall first be
12 appointed within 90 days after the effective date of this
13 Amendatory Act for a term ending July 1, 2002.
