1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2021
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2021 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 22 through 31 on page 1 and lines 1 through
4 16 on page 2 with the following:
5 "count months in which the adult receiving assistance under
6 this Article is the primary caregiver for a disabled family
7 member, as defined by the Illinois Department in rules, when
8 the demands of caregiving are inconsistent with sustained
9 employment.".
