1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1977
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1977 by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT to amend the Unemployment Insurance Act by
5 changing Section 201."; and
6 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
7 following:
8 "Section 5. The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by
9 changing Section 201 as follows:
10 (820 ILCS 405/201) (from Ch. 48, par. 311)
11 Sec. 201. Director; Department. "Director" means the
12 Director of the Department of Employment Security, and
13 "Department" means the Department of Employment Security.
