1 AN ACT to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 by
2 changing Section 102-7.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 is
6 amended by changing Section 2-107 as follows:
7 (725 ILCS 5/102-7) (from Ch. 38, par. 102-7)
8 Sec. 102-7. "Bail bond".
9 "Bail bond" means an undertaking secured by bail entered
10 into by a person in custody by which the person he binds
11 himself or herself to comply with the such conditions as are
12 set forth in the bail bond therein.
