1 AN ACT to amend the State Finance Act by changing Section
2 6c.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing
6 Section 6c as follows:
7 (30 ILCS 105/6c) (from Ch. 127, par. 142c)
8 Sec. 6c. All fees and other money received by the
9 Division of Highways of the Department of Transportation
10 shall, upon being paid into the State treasury, be placed in
11 the road fund. After the effective date of this amendatory
12 Act of 1980, investment income that which is attributable to
13 the investment of moneys of the road fund shall be retained
14 in the road fund.
