1 AN ACT to amend the Capital Development Board Act by
2 adding Section 10.17.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Capital Development Board Act is amended
6 by adding Section 10.17 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 3105/10.17 new)
8 Sec. 10.17. Parks College redevelopment. To make grants
9 to the Cahokia Development Authority to be used for the
10 purchase and redevelopment of the Parks College Site in
11 Cahokia, Illinois and for converting it into a technology
12 park incubator education facility.
13 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
14 becoming law.
