1 AN ACT to amend the Executive Reorganization
2 Implementation Act by changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Executive Reorganization Implementation
6 Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (15 ILCS 15/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 1801)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
9 cited as the "Executive Reorganization Implementation Act".
