1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 979
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 979, on page 3,
3 line 5, immediately after "procedure", by inserting the
4 following:
5 "or where the product is not reasonably available in the
6 commercial marketplace; provided that the requirements of
7 this paragraph (1) shall not apply to pre-filled syringes or
8 medications approved by the federal Food and Drug
9 Administration".
