Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Directs the State School Superintendent and the State Board of         
   Education to investigate the development of the 1998 Illinois Goals         
   Assessment Program standardized test for 11th grade students. Calls         
   for a report to the Governor and General Assembly by January 1, 1999.
