SCH CD-TRANSFER ALTERNATV PROG                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the School Code to allow a student  determined  to  be  in      
   need  of  authoritative  intervention  under the Juvenile Court Act of      
   1987 or determined to be truant under State law or local ordinance  to      
   be  immediately  transferred  to  an  alternative  program.  Effective      
   immediately.
