PEN CD-IMRF-DEFINED CONT PLAN                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the IMRF Article of  the  Pension  Code.   Authorizes  the      
   creation  of  an  optional  defined  contribution  retirement plan for      
   supervisory employees of cities and villages.  Effective immediately.       
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          Fiscal impact cannot be determined; fiscal impact per employer       
          depends on number of participating employees and contribution        
          rates.
