VEH CD-GRADE CROSSING-BRUSH                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.  In  a  provision  requiring  a      
   rail  carrier  to remove brush, shrubbery, and trees from its right of      
   way at all grade crossings, adds  an  exception  for  grade  crossings      
   protected by flashing signals and crossing gates.                           
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Removes exception for grade crossings protected by flashing            
   signals and crossing gates.
