Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Unified Code of Corrections.  Provides that  a  person      
   convicted   of   gunrunning  is  ineligible  for  probation,  periodic      
   imprisonment, or conditional discharge.

          Impact: corrections population, 9 inmates; fiscal, $1,698,300.
