CONDOMINIUM PROP-ASSOC BD-FINE                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Condominium Property Act to provide that the board  of      
   a  master  association or a community association shall have the power      
   to  levy  and  collect  fines  from  members  for  violations  of  the      
   association's  declaration,  bylaws,  and   rules   and   regulations.      
   Effective immediately.                                                      
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE (DCCA)                                    
          SB 844 fails to create a State mandate.
