Deletes a provision allowing a number of trustees smaller than a quorum to adjourn from day to day. STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE (DCCA) Creates a local government organization and structure mandate for which no reimbursement is required. HOME RULE NOTE SB256 does not preempt home rule authority.
