CHILD RESTRAINT-AGE 16                                                     

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Child Passenger Protection Act to increase the age  at      
   which  a person must secure a child in a restraint system or seat belt      
   from age 6 to age 16.                                                       
          FISCAL NOTE (Ill. State Police)                                      
          There would be no fiscal impact on this Dept.                        
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE (DCCA)
