Short description: OBSCENITY REG COMMISSION Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Creates the Obscenity Regulation Commission within the House of Representatives. The Commission will report to the General Assembly by January 1, 1998, its findings on the effects of obscenity upon the citizens of Illinois. After reporting, the Commission will be dissolved.
