ST TREAS EMPLY-CRIME CHECKS                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  State  Treasurer  Employment  Code.    Makes   those      
   positions  in  the Office of the State Treasurer otherwise exempt from      
   the  Code  subject  to  the   requirement   of   criminal   background      
   investigations.                                                             
          FISCAL NOTE (Ill. State Police)                                      
          HB 3844 would have minimal fiscal impact on this Dept.
