Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Civil Administrative Code of  Illinois,  the  Counties      
   Code,  the  Illinois Public Aid Code, and the Illinois Vehicle Code to      
   add therapeutically certified optometrists to advisory boards  created      
   under those Acts.
