Provides that when a city with a coterminous township annexes territory that is not disconnected from an adjacent township, a member of the city's council who resides in the portion of the annexed territory that is not disconnected from the adjacent township is not disqualified from serving on the board of the coterminous township or from voting on matters relating to the coterminous township. Effective immediately.
