Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates  the  State  Employee  Residency  Act.    Requires   that      
   full-time,   compensated   State  officers  and  employees  reside  in      
   Illinois.                                                                   
          FISCAL NOTE (Civil Service Commission)                               
          HB3198 would not have any impact on state funds.
