Short description: HUMAN SERVICES-COLLECT DATA Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act. Requires the Department of Human Services to collect and maintain certain information concerning individuals with developmental disabilities waiting for community-based services. Provides that the Department shall make the information available to other agencies serving persons with developmental disabilities. FISCAL NOTE (Dpt. Provides that the information collected shall be limited to information about individuals who are eligible for services at the time of the request or who will be eligible to receive services within 12 months after the date services are requested. Provides that the Department shall make the information available to other agencies serving persons with developmental disabilities.
