CHIP ACT-PHYSICAL IMMUNIZE 16                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Comprehensive  Health  Insurance  Plan  Act.   Extends      
   coverage to include physicals and immunizations for children under the      
   age of 16 years.  Effective immediately.                                    
          FISCAL NOTE (Dpt. Insurance)                                         
          HB2908 will have no fiscal impact on the Department.                 
          FISCAL NOTE (Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan)                    
          No need for additional FY1999 state funds is anticipated.            
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE                                           
          HB2908 fails to create a state mandate.
