Provides that anyone filing a complaint against a sworn peace officer must have the complaint supported by a sworn affidavit. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Provides that the sworn affidavit verifying a complaint against a peace officer shall be notarized and include a factual description of the events, actions, and occurrences that are the basis of the complaint.
