HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: New Act Adds reference to: 20 ILCS 2605/55A Deletes the title and everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of State Police to develop and maintain an integrated Missing Child Rapid Response Network to facilitate the communication of information on missing and endangered children by use of electronic transmission of information to the private sector. Provides that data identifying individuals and business as members of the Network are private and shall not be made available to the public.
