PEN CD-UNIV-INCR RETMT MINIMUM                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  State  Universities  Article  of  the  Pension  Code.      
   Increases  the  minimum retirement annuity by 3% each year.  Effective      
   immediately.                                                                
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          Fiscal impact has not been determined, but is expected to be         
          substantial.
