Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Health  Maintenance  Organization  Act.    Makes   a      
   technical  change  in  a  Section  relating  to  the  powers of health      
   maintenance organizations.                                                  
          FISCAL NOTE (Dept. of Insurance)                                     
          HB 1872 will have no fiscal impact on the Dept.                      
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE                                           
          In the opinion of DCCA, HB 1872 fails to create a State mandate      
          under the State Mandates Act.
