Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  State  Universities  Article  of  the  Pension  Code.      
   Authorizes  participating  employees  to  make  contributions  for the      
   purchase  of  service  credit.     Authorizes   pickup   of   optional      
   contributions  by  the  employer  for federal tax purposes.  Effective      
   immediately.                                                                
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          There is no fiscal impact associated with HB912.
