Makes it unlawful to instigate, aid, participate in the earnings from, or intentionally allow a place to be used for the shooting, killing, or wounding with a firearm or other deadly weapon of any bird or mammal that is tied, caged, or otherwise intentionally confined in a man-made enclosure. FISCAL NOTE (Dpt. of Natural Resources) Estimated loss of revenue into dedicated special funds which support hunting opportunities and wildlife habitat efforts of $720,000. FISCAL NOTE, AMENDED (Dpt.
