Provides that a person who is required to register under the Act and who knowingly gives false information as to his or her name or address is guilty of a Class 4 felony. CORRECTIONAL NOTE Fiscal and corrections population impacts would be minimal. FISCAL NOTE (Dpt. of Corrections) No change from correctional note. JUDICIAL NOTE It is impossible to determine what impact the bill will have on the need to increase the number of judges in the State.
