Requires the Department of Public Aid and the Governor to provide a plan for Medicaid coverage of women during and up to 60 days after pregnancy by July 1, 1997 (now, April 1, 1990). Requires that the plan establish an income eligibility standard equal to 185% (now, 133%) of the federal poverty line. Effective immediately. FISCAL NOTE (Dpt.
