Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Marriage and  Dissolution  of  Marriage  Act.      
   Eliminates  provisions prohibiting a marriage between 2 individuals of      
   the same sex and finding same-sex marriages to be contrary  to  public      
   policy.
