Provides that a political committee may use campaign funds only for personnel, services, materials, facilities, or other things of value purchased to further the candidate's nomination or election to office. Prohibits certain specified campaign expenditures. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes everything. Amend the Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Article of the Election Code.
