PROP TX-HOMESTEAD IMPROVEMENT                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Property Tax Code.  Increases the  limitation  on  the      
   homestead  improvement exemption to $50,000 (now, $30,000) per year in      
   fair cash value.
