BUTLER. New Act Creates the O'Hare Toxic Air Pollution and Community Right To Know Act. Provides that the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Public Health, and the School of Public Health at the University of Illinois at Chicago shall conduct a study of toxic air emissions generated by operations at O'Hare International Airport.
