Reappropriates $559,250 from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for use on completion of the reconstruction of the pier at 64th Street in Jackson Park in Chicago (rather than to pay for a portion of the costs associated with the planning and construction of Lake Michigan shoreline erosion controls in Chicago). Effective immediately. STATE DEBT IMPACT NOTE SB 1151 is a FY1998 appropriation bill that does not increase the authorization for any type of bond.
