RADOGNO. 820 ILCS 105/4a from Ch. 48, par. 1004a Amends the Minimum Wage Law. Provides that, if specified conditions are met, an employee may choose to receive compensatory time off instead of overtime pay. Sets forth various limitations and requirements concerning applicability, compensatory time, and agreements regarding compensatory time. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Provides that all functions and powers of the Department of Labor under the Minimum Wage Law shall be exercised in cooperation with the functions and powers of the U.S. Department of Labor under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.
