Provides that the penalty for aggravated battery committed against a correctional institution employee while the employee is performing his or her official duties is a Class X felony rather than a Class 3 felony. Provides that a prisoner convicted of aggravated battery committed against a correctional institution employee shall serve that sentence consecutive to the original sentence for which the offender has been incarcerated and shall receive no good conduct credit and all accumulated good conduct credit of that prisoner shall be revoked.
