   New Act                                                                     

        Creates  the  Electrical  Contractor  Act.   Provides   for   the      
   registration  of  a  person who practices as an electrical contractor.      
   Provides  that  electrical  contractors  shall  be  supervised  by   a      
   supervising electrician who meets certain qualifications.
