   225 ILCS 320/4 new                                                          

        Amends the Illinois Plumbing License Law to require that  persons      
   who perform certain water service line installations be licensed under      
   the  Act or by a city, village, or incorporated town with a population      
   of 500,000 or more. Effective immediately.
