TURNER,ART-LOPEZ-CURRIE-FLOWERS-ERWIN, ACEVEDO, LANG, 
   LYONS,JOSEPH, BUGIELSKI, PUGH AND GILES.

        Makes appropriations to the Department of  Natural  Resources  to      
   provide a 50% matching grant to the Chicago Park District for pond and      
   lagoon dredging.  Effective July 1, 1998.
