   625 ILCS 5/11-1429 new                                                      

        Amends the Illinois  Vehicle  Code  to  prohibit  a  person  from      
   operating,  on  interstate  highways  and tollroads, a second division      
   vehicle registered for a gross weight of 8,000 pounds or less while  a      
   person  under  age  16  is in the cargo area of the vehicle. Effective      
   immediately.
