DEERING-SAVIANO. 235 ILCS 5/3-12 from Ch. 43, par. 108 Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that the Liquor Control Commission shall make available to each licensee in the State a schedule of fines and penalties that may be imposed under the Act. Provides that the Commission shall have 30 days from the date of an inspection to issue a notice of violation to a licensee.
