KOSEL. 705 ILCS 405/5-4 from Ch. 37, par. 805-4 Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Permits the State's Attorney to file a motion to permit adult criminal prosecution of a minor at least 15 years of age charged with unlawful use of weapons or delivery of controlled substances and if the juvenile court judge determines that there is probable cause to believe the allegations, then there is a rebuttable presumption that the minor should be tried in criminal court.
