1 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION
2 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
3 OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
4 CONCURRING HEREIN, that the report of the Compensation Review
5 Board filed on April 30, 1998 as provided in the Compensation
6 Review Act is hereby disapproved in whole in accordance with
7 Section 5 of that Act; and be it further
8 RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be directed to
9 the Compensation Review Board.
